Fortress Containers provides shipping container delivery to customers within the United States. We aim to make the ordering and delivery process simple, transparent, and convenient.

Shipping Area

Fortress Containers currently offers delivery within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery outside the United States.

Free Shipping

Free shipping/delivery is available on eligible container purchases within the United States.

The applicable shipping terms are displayed during the purchase process. Customers should review their order details before completing checkout.

Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after the order has been confirmed and processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, carrier scheduling, weather, traffic, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to have your container delivered within the estimated timeframe.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and processed after payment has been successfully received or authorized.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order details.

The estimated 5–8 business day delivery period generally begins after the order has been confirmed and processed.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Before placing an order, customers should make sure that the delivery location is suitable for a large shipping container and the delivery equipment required to unload it.

Delivery Site Requirements

The customer is responsible for preparing the delivery location before the scheduled delivery.

The delivery site should:

Have sufficient space for the container and delivery equipment.
Have safe and reasonable access for the delivery vehicle.
Be clear of vehicles, structures, trees, wires, branches, and other obstacles.
Have a suitable surface for container placement.
Meet any applicable local requirements or restrictions.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals, or permissions that may be required for placing or using a shipping container at their property.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the delivery location is inaccessible, unsafe, improperly prepared, or otherwise unsuitable, additional arrangements or charges may apply.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to coordinate delivery when required.

If a customer refuses delivery without a qualifying reason, additional transportation, redelivery, or other applicable costs may apply.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the container when it arrives.

If there is significant visible damage or the container is materially different from the product ordered, customers should contact Fortress Containers as soon as possible and provide photographs and details of the issue.

Delays

Although we aim to meet the estimated 5–8 business day delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation issues, carrier delays, road restrictions, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delivery delays when information becomes available.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact Fortress Containers as soon as possible if they need to change their delivery information or cancel an order.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivery arrangements have been finalized, changes or cancellations may be limited and additional costs may apply.
