For used containers, normal signs of previous use may include dents, scratches, surface rust, paint wear, previous repairs, and other cosmetic imperfections.

For new or one-trip containers, minor handling marks, paint variations, manufacturer markings, or other cosmetic differences may occur.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price shown at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless an error has occurred or the order has not yet been accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or description errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error.

Fortress Containers currently provides delivery within the United States only.

Free shipping/delivery is included with eligible container purchases.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after an order has been confirmed and processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, transportation conditions, carrier availability, holidays, location, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that the location is accessible and suitable for container delivery.

Delivery Location Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is prepared before the container arrives.

The delivery location should provide adequate space and safe access for the delivery truck and equipment.

Customers should ensure that the site is clear of obstacles, vehicles, low-hanging branches, wires, structures, and other hazards that could interfere with delivery.

Additional charges or delivery arrangements may apply if delivery cannot be completed because the customer's site is inaccessible or unsuitable.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their container as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a customer believes the container has significant damage, is materially different from what was ordered, or has another qualifying issue, the customer should contact Fortress Containers promptly and provide photographs or other supporting information.

Failure to promptly report a visible issue may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to the Fortress Containers Return & Refund Policy.

Because shipping containers are large and require specialized transportation, customers must obtain approval from Fortress Containers before returning a container.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
